EMPOWERED N DECOLONIZED
We are END Ultimate (Empowered N Decolonized), South Seattle's first and only women's club frisbee team.

We're a group of female-identifying, mostly-POC's who strive to make high level ultimate and club ultimate accessible and affordable to our community members here in the south end. We practice once a week, host open field days, and are looking to play in sectionals -- hopefully you'll see us past that.

OUR GOALS
1. We plan on providing a structured safe community space for all members of our community to play mini, goalty, full field games, and other non-ultimate games (tag, volleyball, badminton, etc). This is a high priority for us because there isn't anything structured in the summer for youth and adults in South Seattle where we can play ultimate and fun things that don't require money. Think of this like open gym but on a field or late night at community centers. Here we will provide cones, discs, music, good vibes, and field space (that we'll probably poach because permits cost a lot, but we also might partner with folks, all that to say...stay tuned).

2. We want to play high-level ultimate, but we recognize that this usually requires the money that a lot of us don't have. A lot of folks in our area also aren't able to go to a 4-year institution that has an established ultimate program. Also college costs money, and oftentimes college is the place to develop your friz game. Anyways, club ultimate costs range upwards of $2500 per person. We simply don't have that kind of money. So we plan on putting in the hard work and grinding like any other club team, looking to be competitive by recruiting talented athletes, but we're also fundraising and making this accessible and affordable.
